C Butter

C Sugar

C Flour

C Pumpkin puree

C Golden raisins
1
C Pecans, chopped
2 Eggs

T Baking powder
½
tsp Nutmeg

tsp Cinnamon

tsp Ginger, ground
1
tsp Salt
Place the butter in a large mixing bowl and beat until
soft. Slowly add the sugar and continue
to beat together until light and fluffy.
Beat the eggs lightly then add to the sugar/butter mixture. Sift the together the flour, baking powder,
salt and spices. Stir the dry
ingredients into the wet ingredients.
Blend well. Add the raisins and
nuts. Drop the cookie dough by
teaspoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake in a 350-degree oven for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and carefully transfer to a
cooling rack. Make about 4 dozen.
