Try this on a burger!

CUBAN AVOCADO
MAYONNAISE
Chef Johnny



¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Light Cuban Rum
1 ripe avocado, roughly mashed
1 Tbl Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp sea salt flakes

Place lettuce on a muffin, tomato slices on top of the lettuce
Crab cake on top and dollop of avocado may as garnish
Try this on a burger on a Kaiser Roll.
